Can you hold a property before I apply?
Unfortunately, we cannot hold properties. All rentals are available on a first-come, first-served basis once a completed application, $50 application fee, and all required documents are received. To secure the property you’re interested in, we recommend applying as soon as possible. -
What are the move-in costs?
Tenants are required to pay:- The first month’s rent (prorated if you’re moving in mid-month)
- A security deposit equal to one month’s rent

How old do you have to be to apply?
All applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply for a rental property. -
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes! The security deposit is refundable as long as:
- The lease terms are fulfilled
- There is no damage to the property
- No unpaid rent, cleaning, or repair costs are owed at move-out
Deductions will apply if there are damages or outstanding balances.

I found a property I want — how do I apply?
Great! You can submit your application online through our secure Buildium portal.
You’ll need:- A completed application
- The $50 application fee (per adult)
- Valid photo ID and proof of income (pay stubs, bank statements, or employment letter)

How do I pay rent?
You have several easy options for paying rent:
- Online via your Buildium Resident Portal
- Cash, check, or money order dropped off at the office
