Unfortunately, we cannot hold properties. All rentals are available on a first-come, first-served basis once a completed application, $50 application fee, and all required documents are received. To secure the property you’re interested in, we recommend applying as soon as possible.

Tenants are required to pay:

• The first month’s rent (prorated if you’re moving in mid-month)
• A security deposit equal to one month’s rent

All applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply for a rental property.

Yes! The security deposit is refundable as long as:

• The lease terms are fulfilled
• There is no damage to the property 
• No unpaid rent, cleaning, or repair costs are owed at move-out

Deductions will apply if there are damages or outstanding balances.

• A completed application
• The $50 application fee (per adult)
