Bailey Wyant is a Fort Walton Beach native and a proud graduate of Troy University, where she earned her degree in Business Management. After college, she returned to the Emerald Coast to channel her passion into property management — helping tenants find reliable, affordable rentals to call home.
With a strong background in customer service, marketing, and operations, Bailey brings a fresh, strategic perspective to property management. She excels at building lasting relationships, streamlining communication, and creating systems that work for everyone.
Bailey is dedicated to delivering affordable housing, honest service, and responsive support to the Fort Walton Beach community and beyond.
Outside the office, Bailey enjoys relaxing with family and friends and soaking up the coastal lifestyle she’s always loved.
Martha Alexander is a skilled and resourceful Property Manager at Safe Harbor Rental Management, bringing with her a wealth of experience as a former entrepreneur and business owner in the local area. Her background in running her own operations gives her a deep understanding of what it takes to manage the day-to-day logistics of a fast-paced property management office.
At Safe Harbor, Martha plays a vital role in coordinating tenant services, supporting maintenance operations, and streamlining office processes to ensure both residents and property owners receive prompt, professional service. Her attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and upbeat attitude make her a trusted point of contact for everyone she works with.
Originally from Louisiana, Martha brings the same warmth and hospitality to her role as she does to her famous Creole cooking. When she’s not at work, she enjoys watching sports, relaxing at the beach, and spending quality time with her children — her greatest joy.
